A regulation on an operator's obligation to take liability insurance for blasting and quarrying work

Alongside the Ministry of Employment and the Economy, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health should impose an obligation on operators in the industry to take out sufficient liability insurance for blasting and quarrying work, in keeping with the nature and extent of the operations in question.
