Safety investigations

A safety investigation report is prepared to an extent appropriate to the severity of the accident. The investigation report is always public and available on this website.

The investigation report includes an account of the course of the accident, the factors that led to it, and its consequences, as well as safety recommendations addressed to the relevant parties. The recommendations are measures necessary to improve general safety, prevent new accidents and hazardous situations, mitigate damage, and enhance the operations of rescue services and other authorities.
