Issuing instructions on the rescue planning of a residential building

Together with the Finnish National Rescue Association, the Ministry of the Interior should issue instructions on apartment building emergency planning, to ensure that planning is conducted for each individual building through genuine collaboration, and that arrangements are made for the communication of essential safety information to residents.
