Developing the investigation system of severe accidents

The Finnish Defence Forces should further develop the system in which serious accidents are thoroughly investigated, minor accidents are examined in a suitable manner, and statistics on dangerous situations and mishaps are compiled. The data should be analysed and published, and brought to the knowledge of those who do development work and of other persons involved.
