Supplements to the operating and maintenance instructions of buildings

The Ministry for the Environment should, in the regulation and instruction on building operating and maintenance directions, include a section which would obligate to present effective loads and suspension loads at least for the type of buildings in which changes in activities and loads are possible during the period of use of the building.
