The whole cabin crew are not notified separately about giving the OK sign or the staircase vehicle moving away from the door. Awareness of matters related to the operation is not always transmitted to the other crew members.
Recommendation
Ensure that the cabin crew is trained and instructed to maintain a uniform situational awareness.
