Ensuring that school and student health services have specifications associated with mental health care, and that these specifications are followed

The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health should ensure that requirements regarding the resources, content, planning and mutual cooperation of the mental health services and the flow of information within them — all related to the work of antenatal and child health clinics and school health services — be clearly defined and strictly adhered to.
