Clarifying the agreement procedure

The Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment clarifies the agreement procedure to prevent a situation where the actions that improve safety remain unimplemented, because the responsibility for the costs of the changes is not clearly agreed upon. The main agreement must contain provisions on agreeing on the compensation for the changes required by law, regulations or decisions of the ministry.
