Creating a set of norms specifying the safety principles and minimum requirements of work

Because occupational safety legislation is not applied in military training and exercises, the Finnish Defence Forces should compile a standard for activities which fall outside the occupational safety legislation. The standard would then define the safety principles to be followed and the minimum requirements to be met.
