Making the walls and hatches of the engine compartment of a bus from steel plate

The Investigation Commission recommends that the wall and hatch materials of the engine compartment of coaches and buses should be steel plate. The fire proofness of the service hatches opening to the cabin should be such that their fire-resistance corresponds at least with the other surrounding structures. Furthermore, only completely non-flammable materials should be used as the sound or heat insulations materials or their surface materials in the engine compartment.
