Learning from severe cases of domestic violence

The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health should permanently task the National Institute for Health and Welfare to collect information on all cases of domestic violence that have led to the death of a child, to report them regularly and to present conclusions that would enable the prevention of similar cases in the future.
