Preventing accidents caused by the driver of a heavy vehicle falling asleep in traffic to and from the eastern border

The Ministry of Transport and Communications should take the prevention of accidents caused by the driver falling asleep at the wheel as a special theme in the improving of the safety of the heavy traffic between Finland and Russia.
