Rescue plans for railway yards where chemicals are handled

Internal and external rescue plans and notifications in conformity with Section 26 of Decree on Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Rail (674/97), shall be drawn up for railway yards handling and storing a considerable number of chemicals carrying wagons. The operator and the relevant authority shall ensure the compatibility of their plans.
