The Mandatory Bulletin on the alteration work on the aircraft canopy locking mechanism issued by the manufacturer Evektor-Aerotechnik a.s. and the parts delivered for the alteration work are in conflict with each other.

Recommendation

The Investigation Commission recommends that Evektor-Aerotechnik a.s. publish the above mentioned bulletin corrected to comply with the actions needed in the alteration work.
