Under section 12 of the Safety Investigation Act (525/2011), the Safety Investigation Authority, Finland, has decided to appoint its authorised representative to assist in the safety investigation started by the Estonian Safety Investigation Bureau (OJK) into the near miss situation involving MT Stena Arctica (FIN) and MV Jakob Frei in front of Tallinn in Estonia on 6 May 2021.

Safety Investigator Ilkka Kervinen from the Safety Investigation Authority, Finland, is appointed as the authorised representative.
