There are no national or international regulations or training requirements for the installation or use of rocket-propelled ballistic recovery systems.
Recommendation
Safety Investigation Authority, Finland recommends that the Finnish
Transport Safety Agency define the minimum requirements pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 for the safe installation and use of pyrotechnical systems.
