Continuous development of child welfare programmes

The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health should create procedures for the child welfare sector that a person could follow to report even minor deviations or errors, which would then be systematically reviewed for example in a collaboration group referred to in the Child Welfare Act. The procedure should be aimed at providing widespread information for the further development of child welfare.
