The accessibility of the website was assessed by an external expert in March. The issues identified during the assessment have been corrected, and the website now technically meets the legally required A and AA accessibility criteria (WCAG 2.1). However, the website contains PDF documents and investigation reports published before 23 September 2018. An investigation report is considered complete when the investigation team concludes its work. These documents are not modified after publication. Investigation reports published after 23 September 2018 meet the accessibility requirements.
