A second exterior door or a window equipped with fixed opening handles as an emergency exist in single-family houses

The Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of the Interior should take steps to ensure that single-family houses that are new or under renovation are required to have an emergency exit; either another exterior door or a window equipped with fixed opening handles. For old buildings, the construction of functioning emergency exits should be promoted through targeted communications.
