A system for nursing homes and other nursing institutions for alerting the management and personnel and for internal communication.

The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health should ensure that a functioning system for alerting management and personnel, and for internal communication, is available to nursing homes and other institutions run by hospital districts, municipalities and the private sector.
