Classification of all residential buildings for the elderly and other special groups as special targets with regards to their fire safety

All residential buildings for the elderly and other special groups shall be classified as to their fire safety as special targets regardless of their names, the number of persons and the activity forms. The fire inspections on such special targets must be carried out at least in accordance with what is prescribed in the rescue services legislation.
