Proper crew coordination, radiocommunication and training are part and parcel of safe air traffic culture.

The Safety Investigation Authority recommends that the Swedish Transport Agency (Transportstyrelsen) ensure that crew resource management and radiocommunication at the operators they supervise as well as the operators’ training comply with the training programmes the Agency has approved.
