Creating practical management capabilities for the rescue departments for major accidents

The Ministry of the Interior should ensure that Finland prepares practical management capabilities for rescue operations (incl. regular drills) in the event of extensive, major accidents. In addition, the civil defence management system and guidance should be developed as part of the nation's preparedness, including for deployment during serious disturbances under normal conditions.
