Developing safety planning

The creating and developing of the safety culture of the target, the organizing of safety-related activities, the analysing of the target-specific risks, the assessing of the consequences of dangerous situations and especially the assessing of the personnel’s skill requirements and the obtaining and maintaining of the required safety knowledge and skills must, in a more explicit way than now, be included in safety planning. Minimum requirements must be set on the safety knowledge and skills training of the personnel. A special certificate should be issued on the completion of the training (safety card).
