Developing the capability of municipalities to manage and communicate in incidents and major accidents

In collaboration with the rescue services, regional state administrative agencies and the Emergency Response Centre Administration, the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities should develop the management of disturbances in municipalities (including procedures for alerting key people in municipalities) and communications procedures in case of accidents.
