Recommendation

The Ministry for the Environment, the Ministry for Social Affairs and Health and the Ministry of the Interior should agree upon cooperation between building inspection, occupational safety and health authorities and rescue authorities in ensuring the overall safety of buildings both during the construction work and the usage of the building.
