Familiarisation of the crew when changing flag

Ensure robust project management procedures are used when changing flag and/or routes to capture the need for providing crews with: - Adequate vessel familiarisation. - Sufficient rest periods in accordance with the requirements of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers 1978 (STCW).
