Identifying the risks of large environmental accidents, and the prevention and advance preparation for them in the environmental monitoring of industry

The Ministry of the Environment should, in co-operation with the other actors, ensure through statutory means, if necessary, that the identification and prevention of and preparation for major industrial environmental accident risks is taken into consideration to a sufficient degree and in a uniform manner in the planning and implementation of the activities of the authorities and companies.
