Including severe incidents affecting the water supply and communications related to the incident in the contingency plans of municipalities and water utilities

In collaboration with the ELY Centres, the Finnish Water Utilities Association and the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry should ensure that serious disruptions in the water supply, as well as communications during disruptions, are covered in the contingency plans of municipalities and water supply and sewerage plants.
