Inspecting the shelter homes for people suffering from substance abuse

Together with the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health should ensure that all shelter homes for people suffering from substance abuse be inspected by means of a joint effort between the relevant health and rescue authorities and that the situation also be monitored in the future. Homes with poor fire safety should be replaced with safe ones or repair work should be completed accordingly.
