Investigating the level of fire safety in premises where persons with impaired ability to function have a poor chance of making an exit

In premises which are in use and in which the persons' possibilities to make an exit are restricted due to a reduced ability to function, the fire safety level is outlined by drawing up a safety analysis in accordance with recommendation 1 on each premise. The owner or the entrepreneur is obliged to take necessary action on the basis of the analysis. The analysis shall be attached as a part in the safety planning which the rescue services legislation requires, in the section dealing with risk the mapping and assessment of the effects of dangerous situations.
