Recommendation
The Ministry of the Interior, together with the actors in the property business, analyse and execute good practices regarding how the owners and maintainers of properties can be committed to ensuring, for their part, the existence and maintenance of fire detectors. If necessary, the duty of care for the fire detectors should also be focused on the tenement companies.
