Making the regulations on evacuation alarms more specific

Regulations concerning the exit alarm should be specified so that all those in danger receive the fire alarm. The alarm sound of a fire alarm should be immediately recognizable to everybody. Further information about the alarm and instructions can be given with a certified PA-system, which works from more than one announcement point.
