More detailed requirements for the charger’s proficiency entered into regulations

The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health should ensure that more detailed requirements for the charger's proficiency are entered into the regulations in force. The Ministry should also ensure that the authority in charge of certificates of proficiency has a systematic procedure for obtaining information from the police and the occupational health and safety administration handling supervisory matters.
