Organising the operation of water utilities

Alongside the Finnish Water Utilities Association and other operators and authorities in the industry, the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities should develop, publish, and implement an operating model or good practices, based on which the water utilities’ operations can be organised so as to be well-planned, with a continuous risk evaluation capability.
