Penalty for having exceeded the vehicle-specific speed limit

The Investigation Commission recommends that the Ministry of Transport and Communications take action to change the legislation in such a way that the driver, based on the information from the recorded tachograph data obtained in connection with traffic control or accident investigation, can be penalized for having exceeded the vehicle-specific speed limit.
