Providing opportunities for pupils in comprehensive schools and the secondary education system to express their concerns about themselves, about their friends and their community at large

The Ministry of Education and Culture should ensure that pupils in comprehensive school and the secondary education system are provided with opportunities, within their own schools, to express their concerns about themselves, about their friends and their community at large, to their teachers and to representatives of the school health services. This system should include procedures for the identification and processing of problem situations.
