Provision of information during the registration of a boat

The Safety Investigation Authority recommends that the Finnish Transport Safety Agency draw up procedures by which a new owner is provided safety guidance when registering a new vessel. This could be, for example, an online link to the websites maintained by various rescue services or information provided by some other means.
