Report on the winter characteristics of tyres of heavy vehicles

The Ministry of Transport and Communications should have a report compiled on the winter motoring characteristics of heavy vehicles and pass the results to the bus and coach operators in order to promote the choosing of safe tyres. Moreover, on the basis of what the report suggests it should be considered to make the use of the tires which are best suited for winter conditions compulsory on the front axle of buses and coaches.
