Revision of emergency preparedness legislation, instructions and regulations issued under it, and the internal instructions of ministries in the development of Government crisis management system

The Government's crisis management system should take into account the various situations in which Finnish citizens could become victims of disasters abroad. This should be taken into account in the updating of emergency preparedness legislation, in the orders and regulations based on the legislation as well as in the ministries' internal directives.
