Surveying the smoke extraction arrangements of the stairwells of blocks of flats, including the issuing of instructions

Together with the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of the Environment should ensure that the smoke extraction arrangements of all apartment building stairwells are surveyed and order that they be made functional. Rescue departments will serve as experts in this regard.
