The accident revealed that there are many features in building, maintaining and operating an eleven-seater experimental aircraft built for active skydiving operations, in which inadequate planning, guidelines, supervision or completion can generate uncontrollable risks. Because of seating limitations, in many European countries it is impossible to construct or use this kind of an experimental aircraft in skydiving operations.
