Determining the location of people in a building from the emergency call

The Ministry of the Interior Department for Rescue Services should ensure that Emergency Response Centres and Rescue Departments develop procedures based on which the location of persons inside the building is identified as precisely as possible from the emergency calls, so that rescue and fire extinguishing measures focus on those parts of the building as rapidly as possible.
