Changes to maintenance systems

A recommendation is issued to the Finnish Transport Safety Agency (Trafi) to monitor the implementation of changes shipping companies make to the maintenance system of vessels. The instructions for the maintenance systems must include restrictions on high-risk maintenance operations based on conditions and route, corresponding to the requirements of item 10 of the ISM Code.
