Combustibility of sleeping cars

To ensure an adequate safety standard, instructions shall be issued for fire-resistance handling and rehandling of linen used in sleeping-cars. Sleeping-car compartments and the wall and ceiling structures of the corridors shall meet the fire-resistance requirements set thereon.
