Creating instructions to the timing of work on track and safety devices

The timing of track and signalling equipment work should be planned in a way that the disturbances and additional work in traffic control generated thereby do not set train safety at risk or cause unnecessary delays in train traffic. Simultaneous track work and interlocking system work should be avoided unless train traffic is completely interrupted during the work.
