Improving information exchange between authorities

The Ministry of the Interior together with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health should make the appropriate arrangements to enable the communication of information and observations collected in the systems of different authorities to the authority in charge in such a way that the information is recorded and obligates the authority in question to act in the appropriate manner.
