Recommendation

The Finnish Transport Safety Agency (Trafi) takes action to create and enforce inspection requirements for hovercraft as soon as possible. Even before the requirements are complete, the Finnish Transport Safety Agency (Trafi) must add a statement in the inspection certificate of the hovercraft that the manufacturer's instructions must be followed.
